Welcome to The Craft Chute LLC! By using our services or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Orders and Payment
All orders with items provided by The Craft Chute LLC must be paid in full before production begins.
All orders with items provided by the customer must be paid in full upon receipt of the items.
Payment can be made via credit card.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
For orders requiring customer-supplied items, all items must be provided within 14 days of order confirmation. If the required items are not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Should the customer supply the items after the 14-day period, we may choose to honor the original order at our discretion; however, a new order and updated pricing may be required.
Designs and Customization
Custom designs are created based on the information you provide.
We are not responsible for errors in spelling, logos, or artwork supplied by the customer.
Any changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges.
Customer Supplied Garment Policy
By providing your own apparel, you (the customer) certify that these items are your property or that you have permission to use them.
We will exercise care in handling and embroidering, but are not responsible for manufacturer defects, shrinkage, color fading, or damage due to pre-existing wear.
Payment is for embroidery work only; materials must be supplied in good condition and received in clean, flat form.
Given the adaptable nature of the some fabrics, we may employ an iron-on stabilizer that will adhere permanently after embroidery.
Production Time
Estimated production times will be provided when the order is confirmed.
While we strive to meet these timelines, production may be delayed due to high demand, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If a defect or mistake occurs, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a resolution.
Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of designs they provide to us.
Client warrants that it has all necessary rights and permissions to use any logos or trademarks submitted for embroidery. The Craft Chute LLC is not responsible for obtaining such permissions.
The Craft Chute LLC reserves the right to use non-confidential, non-proprietary designs for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Craft Chute LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nebraska.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
